The newly developed GRDXKN® technology enables the printing of functions. At the same time, the weight of the textiles remains low and the flexibility high. The integrated, volume-forming material is abrasion-resistant and shock-absorbent (tested). This creates a novel interplay between graphics and structure. The innovative printing technology of GRDXKN® in combination with the special printing pastes makes it possible to provide a variety of textiles such as cotton, polyester, nylon or blended fabrics such as aramid cotton with additional, technical features (functions).

The structures are infinitely variable, the aesthetics unique.
The flexible and expandable textile printing technology only works with the inclusion of the appropriate printing pastes. Offers are available for the B2B market. The printing pastes are water-based and solvent-free.
The substrates for GRDXKN® structure printing, mostly textiles, are variable. Consultation is recommended when selecting textiles.
GRDXKN® structure printing technology supports partially soft textiles with special support architecture. The printing technology thus specifically stiffens these tear-resistant and/or stretchable textiles.
Due to the foamed material composition, GRDXKN® structural printing offers a balance between stability and low weight.
The developed GRDXKN® printing technology is used to print protectors into existing functional clothing.
GRDXKN® structural printing improves the acoustic properties of fabrics in terms of sound insulation: acoustic attenuation or improvement of sound through modified textile surfaces.
The results of GRDXKN® structural printing are certifiable. We are constantly running new tests and expanding the number of tests.
The specific GRDXKN® structure protects certain parts of the body from cooling down.

The printing materials can be pigmented in different directions of the color scale.
The GRDXKN® structure print creates a concave surface structure. This “golf ball” effect has an aerodynamic effect on the surface of sportswear, e.g. for race cycling, skiing, skating and tobogganing.
The GRDXKN® printing technique intentionally combines different materials. This makes the surface abrasion-resistant. This means: GRDXKN® offers skin protection.
Due to the composition of the printing pastes (PU), the imprints are flame retardant and can therefore be used for protection.
The structure is very variable in shape and depth. The thicker the print layer, the stronger the structure, depending on the selection. As a result, cavities are created which have a back-ventilating effect on clothing.
